This hotel has truly impressed me with its value for money and attention to detail. Located in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to all the major attractions. The staff here are incredibly helpful and always go the extra mile to assist guests. The rooms, although slightly old fashioned in style, are surprisingly spacious and offer an excellent view of the surroundings. Moreover, the high ceilings add a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. Lastly, the breakfast provided at this hotel is top-notch with a variety of options to suit every taste.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff treated me like royalty and even gave me a room upgrade as a bonus. They were professional, efficient, and were very good too make sure I had a great experience. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Astana, and within close proximity to all the main sites. I was able to easily explore the city and conduct my business with the national Government structures. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and the facilities were great. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of choices and a wonderful presentation.
